20 Times a day I'm reminded to adjust the strap holders ans they slide down off the band. I purchased a nylon strap to replace the band only to discover the watch has a proprietary band. And I will have to use a Dremel tool to grind down the watch. This is not an option as I will not to that to a new watch. Do not buy this watch unless you can be satisfied with the band.
love this watch searched for a while before I bought it, but in 2 years I have had 2 straps which is not acceptable!! luckily the both times the strap failed I managed to catch the watch. At £60 for a genuine replacement its not on. Im currently trying to locate a metal strap.
I’ve had my pro master diver for at least 5 years and I’m buying a band at least once a year. At this point I have spent at least as much for bands as I did for the watch when new. It is a great dive watch, I have not had any issues at maximum depth with normal air and one mix gas dive to 155 ft. If not for the problems with the band wearing out I would give it a 5. If
Cheap rubber band is absolutely ugly, and it finally snapped off after 2 years of diving (total only about 40 dives). Citizen’s limited warranty apparently doesn’t cover this. Won’t be buying citizen ever again.
