Bad quality strap

I bought one of these less than two years ago, and the strap did not make the whole two years. This is the first time I have a bad experience with a rubber strap, comparing to other brands too. They are supposed to last. I don’t even dive or use this watch to go to the beach. You need to get that better, I just bought a replacement(strap) to you guys, let’s see what about it. If don’t last I, honestly, will consider a different brand since I’m buying Citizen cause the Eco Drive and the durability is supposed to come with the timepiece. Other than that, I like the watch…but, it is a combo!

Everyday Wear

Great watch suitable for everyday Wear, doing chores, jumping in the pool, out at the pistol range, grocery shopping. This watch is an excellent choice for any and all.

Watch, bracelet

The watch seems fine so far, but a longer run is needed to assess accuracy. The bracelet, however, is clunky, stiff and uncomfortable. Will replace for sure.

Disappointed

New watch is running slow. A quartz watch that is running slow even after charging as per the instructions. It seems that owning this watch is a waste of time, how ironic.

Poor quality band

Nice, simple, dive watch…I like the eco drive function but the band is cheap, hard, rubber…I expected more for a $400 dollar watch. Will replace the band ASAP…

Nice Return From Smartwatches

Bought this watch as an alternative to a smartwatch which needs regular charging. I decided if wanted to know what time it was in an environment that may have limited access to power, then I needed a durable watch of quality. Though I would have liked it to be a bit larger, it suits my needs perfectly, with the water resistance, ability to read it at night and even being a bit of a eye-catching piece - especially in a world where smartwatches are rapidly becoming the norm. A nice touch was the packaging. As I ordered online, the plain packaging held a mini replica of a SCUBA tank, with the watch being mounted inside. This display reminds you that this is a watch meant to be used, not just admired.

Bad quality control

I purchased this watch directly from this site and received a watch with misaligned hands (minute hand misaligned relative to the hour hand). I paid to have it sent back to Citizen of America for a warranty repair and it was sent back with a misaligned second hand. It no longer hits ANY of the markers. This watch has been a complete disappointment and waste of money at ANY price!

Every day use

I actually bought both colors. The blue and black. I ended up keeping the blue one. But it is my favorite watch for everyday use. Super durable and classy. I work out in the watch, I swim in the watch, I go to the beach with it. It’s nice enough as well to wear on a fancy date with my wife. My only issue is how small the date is. That’s the only thing I would change.
