Terrible Strap

Dear Citizen I have 5 EcoDrive Watches, my first about 20 years. I have liked the quality and their excellent time keeping ability. I also have Gucci and a Rolex Submariner. My newest purchase is a Promaster Dive in blue. EO2028-06L The strap is the absolute worst strap I have ever owned for a watch. It’s hard, uncomfortable plastic with little give and will not stay tucked in the 2 keepers for holding the slack. These straps looked like silicone in your pictures. If you make a softer strap, that would fit this watch, I would be very interested, or send me the size I need to match one up. I actually pass up wearing it because of the comfort aspect.Thanks.

Very disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with this watch. Your advertisement made this watch look much larger than it actually is. This watch is something that a child would wear. Definitely not a "man's watch"! I will be re-gifting this watch as I feel completely mislead. In the future, I will stick with Invicta watches!

The case width, measuring 44mm, is listed in the Key Details on the product page. Since not all watches with a 44mm case size have the same design, they would wear differently. However, you can be assured that the size is 100% accurate, and it is a men's watch. We have other styles to choose from on our website with even larger case sizes, up to 48mm, and you can always use our "Try it On" feature.

Broken

I bought this watch seven months ago. It fell from my nightstand onto a wood floor and broke. The hands are no longer connected to the movement. I've sent it in for warranty repair and hope to get it back soon but am disappointed with its durability.

Way too big!

Did not realize how big this watch is; returned it! My old Citizen dive watch was a ladies but they no longer make one sized for women. Fortunately, they are able to repair my old Citizen ladies dive watch and I am so very happy for that. C’mon, Citizen, women dive and need rugged watches too! My ratings are based on my old ladies version; size of recent purchase way too big for me. Rating would have been 5 if smaller version offered.
