I am extremely disappointed with this watch. Your advertisement made this watch look much larger than it actually is. This watch is something that a child would wear. Definitely not a "man's watch"! I will be re-gifting this watch as I feel completely mislead. In the future, I will stick with Invicta watches!
Citizen Response
I bought this watch seven months ago. It fell from my nightstand onto a wood floor and broke. The hands are no longer connected to the movement. I've sent it in for warranty repair and hope to get it back soon but am disappointed with its durability.
Did not realize how big this watch is; returned it! My old Citizen dive watch was a ladies but they no longer make one sized for women. Fortunately, they are able to repair my old Citizen ladies dive watch and I am so very happy for that. C’mon, Citizen, women dive and need rugged watches too! My ratings are based on my old ladies version; size of recent purchase way too big for me. Rating would have been 5 if smaller version offered.
New watch is running slow. A quartz watch that is running slow even after charging as per the instructions. It seems that owning this watch is a waste of time, how ironic.
I purchased this watch directly from this site and received a watch with misaligned hands (minute hand misaligned relative to the hour hand). I paid to have it sent back to Citizen of America for a warranty repair and it was sent back with a misaligned second hand. It no longer hits ANY of the markers. This watch has been a complete disappointment and waste of money at ANY price!
Disappointed in the red zone! Citizen needs to provide an option when purchasing this watch with a metal band.
I was looking for a reliable, waterproof watch for my daughter who is in the Navy. I thought that the Promaster Diver looked like a great choice, so I ordered one using the section of the website dedicated to ladies watches. When I received the watch, I was surprised to find that it is huge, and while the band fit my daughter's wrist, the watch looks far too big, (picture a sundial that Fred Flinstone would wear on his wrist). The watch itself is very nice, however why in the world this large men's watch is listed anywhere as a ladies dive watch is beyond me.
I bought this watch for my husband for Christmas and he was just thrilled. It looked nice and the construction seemed superb. Unfortunately, the watch fell off the band the first morning he wore it, and we were unable to find it. It
