I just loved this watch. Its exactly how I envisioned before buying it. Stylish, eco friendly and beuatiful. I’m definetely glad thet I bought it.
I have had it 6 months or so now. Great looks. Great functionality. Live on the coast so lots of water exposure with zero issues. Typical Citizen product... Just great.
Most dive watches are difficult to wear outside of diving as they are built for function not fashion. This watch is different, as it holds all of the features and functions of a dive watch and it has design elements that allow you to wear it all the time.
I have only had the watch for 2 weeks. I will revisit the rating at a later date when ii have had it for about a year ant adjust the rating. So far I love the watch. It is exactly what I thought it would be.
A nice watch for the money. Definitely don’t like the very cheap band but it will do at that price.
Pros: I am a fan of eco-drive technology and like that I barely need to think about this watch ever running out of charge. I have no issues with it holding a power reserve, even though I spend most of my time indoors. Though 44mm might seem large on paper, it does not look oversized on my 6.5 inch wrist. Cons: I was not a fan of the rubber strap. It would fit well over a dive suit, but it is a bit long for everyday wear, and it was hard to get a good fit without any micro-adjustment options. It did not transition well to smarter outfits for work. I replaced it with a stainless steel jubilee bracelet and it is perfect. I also wish that the watch had a sapphire crystal. For a watch that is likely to stand the test of time in every other way, this was a shame not to have, and I would have paid extra for it. The bezel is also slightly out of alignment by about 1 or 2 mm, which is barely noticeable but a defect nonetheless. Overall, would buy again. I feel comfortable wearing it everyday in any situation from sports to work.
Nice and light for a diving watch. Elegant, though the material on the circular edge does look a little cheap.
I received one of these as a Christmas gift. It’s the prettiest watch I’ve ever had, but I found the rubber strap to be uncomfortable. It has some bends in the strap and they bind on the edge of my wrist. I have about a 7 inch wrist. It’s also on the big side and heavy so it doesn’t stay put -it wants to move around on your wrist. I’m returning it. Also, I’m somewhat of an environmentally conscious person, and I don’t like the big plastic bell housing that it came in which will just become trash.
