I am very discouraged, because I cannot adjust the time on my watch. The knob will not release (pull out). I went to the local hardware store, and the men working there also could not get the knob to work. What should I do please?

Sturdy and Bold Character is the Promaster Dive watch. ECO-Drive is the bonus quality and it is colorful. Not as extensive with capabilities as its dive watch, ProMaster Aqualand cousin. Wish the date display was larger as it can barely be seen on land much less underwater. Hope its longevity is worthy.
I love the watch, it looks great on my wrist.
