Defective poor quality, poor customer service

I have bought this watch on sale and I already regret. The dial is miss-aligned. Two days later I have requested an exchange with a different model watch and has been denied despite the watch was new and not worn. I will never buy another watch from citizen. This is a not diving watch. The dial lums design is not bold enough. Poor visibility in a dark environment.

Does exactly as advertized

I have used the watch for a few months. Swim with it a few times a week. Works as advertised. All good.

Just Perfect

This watch is simple to read and operate. This is my second Citizen Eco-Drive and I love the fact that it doesn't need winding, if any of you remember that, and it doesn't require a battery. I recommend this watch for everyday use.

Expected better

Loved the design and quality of the watch itself. Band has spotty finish problems and some scuffing. Expected better for this price.

Best Watch Ever, I receive many complements

I bought this watch in March and have received many complements on it. It is functional and sexy. The large face is great and the silver and blue colors really pop.

Great Everyday Watch

I bought mine from an authorized dealer about a month ago. It is precisely and well made and true to the quality of the other Eco Drives I own. I am a fan of Citizen’s Eco Drive; I already own an Eco-Drive One and a Blue Angels Skyhawk. This watch is just as precise and accurate. My only complaint is the quality of the bracelet: It’s not up the that of the rest of the watch.
