I like Citizens watches, not long lasting.

My last divers watch bought in 2010- has been sent back 3 times. Zales told me the next is on me. Well it just stopped running again this week. I wear it every day and I am not hard on it. Going to try it one more time and buy the blue faced drivers watch.

not a fan

The title says PromasterDive watch. Forget that I never made a dive in anything deeper than a bathtub and the watch leaked and I sent in back under warranty and the wanted to charge me to repair. What a joke!

This is unusual for our high-performance Promaster dive watch, which is designed for underwater activities with its 200 meter water resistance and screw down crown. Watch color was incorrect

The watch itself may have been fine. But the watch I ordered had a blue face according to the website, and the watch I received had a black face, so I immediately returned it.

Too large

Too large The face has too much empty space. I won't buy a 45 mm watch for my 7" wrist.

Do not buy

I bought this watch for my husband for Christmas after reading the good reviews. By May, after only light wear the band broke in a way that could not be repaired and Citizens would not replace it. I would not recommend the watch or the brand.

Defective poor quality, poor customer service

I have bought this watch on sale and I already regret. The dial is miss-aligned. Two days later I have requested an exchange with a different model watch and has been denied despite the watch was new and not worn. I will never buy another watch from citizen. This is a not diving watch. The dial lums design is not bold enough. Poor visibility in a dark environment.

Not aligned

Bought mine from amazon, serial number: 7O1021295 I chose this watch instead of a similar Seiko model because of the Eco-Drive, but this watch is now Eco-Driving me nuts! The second hand is about 1/3 of a minute off, and the minute hand is roughly 20 seconds off. This is my second one because the first one I had had a wobbly rotating bezel which I returned. Also there are 2 versions of this watch. One comes in a Pelican case, while the other comes in a fake plastic O2 tank.
