Great watch recommend this product for anyone looking for one
Received this watch as a wedding gift from my wife. I have worn this watch maybe 15 times in the last two years. This past weekend the crown no longer worked for time adjustments. Very disappointed
I unfortunately lost my everyday Citizens watch on a golf trip. I am close to 7 ft tall and nothing fits normal, but I was able to use the sizing printable chart and ordered my new watch without any issues. The new watch was at my doorstep, sized perfectly, prior to me getting home. The titanium option is really much lighter than I expected.
It’s a great looking watch and I really like how it works
I own 10 citizen timepieces and this is by far my favorite. Very light weight almost forget it’s there. The lume is great on this watch. Secondhand lines up perfectly. I’ve put it to the test as it’s been my everyday watch since purchased. Hasn’t gotten so much as a scuff.
I bought this watch because I already have the steel version of it, BN0190-82E, which is very nice but pretty heavy. A titanium version would be perfect, I thought. And it's great. However, I really don't like the skeletonised hands- the steel one has obelisk hands, and I wish they'd kept them for this model. The skeleton hands look overwhelmed by the index markers, especially in the dark. It annoys me so much I'm considering taking the movement out of the steel watch and putting it in the titanium one, then I really would have the perfect dive watch. I suppose I agree with the people who want a sapphire crystal, but I can't say it bothers me that much. And yes, the bezel movement is bizzarely scratchy (not on the steel one), but again I don't really care, although it's puzzling that the people who make the world's most accurate wristwatch can't get that particular thing right on this model. I have lots of watches and I seem to be wearing this one most of the time, so that says it all.
Back in the late 90s, I was gifted a Citizen Solar-Tech 180 Titanium. I love that watch. It finally came to the point where the cell would no longer hold a charge. I was unable to find a Jewelry store that would fix it, let alone admit that there was a problem with it. "It just needs a good charge....it's fine." I left the watch in direct sunlight for days and would only get an hours worth of charge from it. I saw this watch on Citizen.com and although it is not identical, it is very close to my original watch. The price was great (it was on sale) and I figured $400 for a watch that I know will run for 20 years without batting an eye is a great deal. Wonderful quality and very light (Thank you Titanium). Simple and elegant, not too flashy because that it not my thing. Perfect everyday watch
Beautiful time piece! My go to watch for all occasions and activiites!
I purchased mine close to 3 years ago. This watch is accurate, only adjusting the time twice. Maybe 5 minutes total over 3 years. The watch is very rugged, I work with roto hammers and hand held grinders -still going. For a sport/business watch it's hard to beat. If I was to request any change it would be to make the date larger.
Bought this to commemorate my daughter's diving certification on the Great Barrier Reef...yes she's a big deal
