I have a 22 year old version of this watch. It has the monobloc case and titanium benzel .
I love this watch. Feature-wise, it was exactly what I was looking for - titanium case/bracelet, waterproof to 200m and no batteries necessary. The only two things I would change about it are adding some watch gold touches - the crown, hands, around the numeral markers and bracelet accents; also make the display electro-luminescent so that it always glows.
Very happy with purchase. Got titanium because I wanted a lighter diver and liked the finish. No complaints about quality. Only complaint I have is the date window is on small side but I already knew that to be the case prior to purchase. Overall, I would purchase again
Sharp, classic, and sturdy. Can’t go wrong with this dapper piece. My fiancée loves his new watch and it looks so good on him! Thank you!
A great looking and fitting watch. The titanium is super light. Thank you Citizen
The photos don’t do this watch justice . The titanium of this watch looks quite smoky grey in certain light , for a dive watch it has a certain elegant quality about it . Very light and warm on the wrist , you can easily forget you’re wearing it . I purchased this watch for ecodrive, quartz accuracy , reliability , titanium , and it’s restrained appearance . A win on all counts .
After seeing a couple of Youtube videos reviewing this watch and shopping online for nearly a month, I made the leap and purchased my first watch in 20 years. It is very well built and very light. What was important to me was getting a quality bracelet and the one on this model does not disappoint. In fact, I was comparing it to my son's Rolex Explorer and I think that this bracelet is better, no cap. I was a little apprehensive about the 60 click bezel, but honestly, I find it useful, 1 click per minute. In regards to the style, it is definitely a dive watch, but one that can be worn with most anything without being too large or gaudy. Practical, accurate, and affordable, this is a can miss option.
I have been shopping for a new titanium watch for some time. I looked at a number of automatic watches (Omega, Oris skeleton, Certina, GS). It needed to be at least 41mm as I have large wrists. I studied the designs long and hard and decided that the prices and mark ups were just too much to justify how I would use the watch. I know that automatics are "cooler" but having to reset the time or keep it in a winder just seemed to be too much maintenance for essentially a tool. After deciding to go quartz, I did a lot of research on this as well and ended up with this Citizen. I bought it directly from Citizen for a couple of reasons (even though it was $100 cheaper at the largest discounters). I wanted to make sure that there was zero chance of counterfeiting and I wanted it fit to my 8 3/4" wrist from the factory without playing around with extra links. It's been a month and I am extremely pleased with the watch. It is a great, well fitting, lightweight tool, which I decided I needed more than a "look what I can afford" statement.
This is a great watch and light weight. I own one other titanium band Citizen watch and love it.
Excellent homage watch . Very light in weight Metal is titanium. Solar charging. Excellent travel watch style.
