This watch was a gift from my wife and is true to form. It took a few days to break in the band but since that, I have rarely taken it off. The quality is amazing and its simple and clean features really appeal to me.
Unlike the Inox I own, the Citizen case is extremely scratch resistant and the second hand hits the markers with precision. The Ballistic Cordura strap feels much more durable than the Victorinox rubber strap. The Promaster wears better because of it's thin profile. Sometimes the Inox won't fit under a shirt cuff. The biggest and best difference is Citizen's Eco-Drive technology. I highly recommend the Promaster Tough.
Recenlty bought this watch and couldn't be happier, I work mostly outside and this watch has stood up great. Its simplistic yet stylish enough for any occasion.
I bought this two weeks ago from an authorized dealer. I find the all black version more versatile in terms of being a bit more dressy the the steel color ones. The dealer mentioned this all black model is now discontinued which is a shame. Overall this watch is a great value for what you get and its quickly become one of my favorites in my collection. Two common complaints - 1) The day window is ridiculously small and if they had made it larger this would be a 5 star watch 2) The band is stiff and not as dressy as I would like - but a quick change to a Barton elite silicone band fixed that.
