Would have liked a sapphire crystal in this watch.
Great looking watch! Very pleased with this purchase.
This is a nice watch with a unique look--truly a dive "tool watch." Thanks to the titanium it is quite light for the size. But two negatives. First the rotating bezel turns so freely that the slightest nudge moves it. I would certainly not use this to time anything that mattered....like a dive.... Second Citizen continues it's tradition of providing the stiffest, most annoying and uncomfortable bands.
i have the black dial version of this which i don't see currently so i'll rate this, only difference being dial color. this is my favorite watch after being a vintage watch restorer for 30yrs with a love of mechanicals. my only more favorite piece is a Citizen radio/satellite controlled diver, but they're both amazing. the lightness, strength and scratch resistance, and combo of classic and unique design will standout in the world of diver watch history. i simply love wearing it. i'll say the watch strap is incredible and superbly strong, and i'd have kept it if i were to use this for diving, but since the most use this will get is timing my coffee, i put on a silicone pro diver orange strap (not Citizen) which makes it super fun and cool. i'll note that the E168 movement, aside from being super accurate, has a seconds hand that hits the markers very well, and there are no quality control 'misalignment' issues that has sadly become notable elsewhere in the watch industry. this watch has liberated me from my snobbery for mechanicals, and is something that i think any diver watch fan will find a wonder and joy to own.
