Beautiful Watch!

The watch is beautiful! Many compliments on the first wear. The 3-Star review is because the paperwork included with my indicated that when I registered my watch with Citizen Watch, I would receive an additional one year warranty benefit on top of the standard five year warranty benefit for a total six year warranty benefit. After registering my watch, I received a confirmation for a warranty benefit of five years. I contact customer service and they indicated that Citizen Watch discontinued the additional warranty benefit on October 1, 2025. My order was subsequent to that date. Written agreements are valid and I have a written agreement for an additional one year of warranty. I will contact executives at Citizen Watch for fulfillment of the additional one year warranty benefit.
