I truly like the Promaster Aqualand very sturdy built and looks great, but for the price I paid I am very disappointed in the so called luminescent hands. Colors stay bright for about 5 minutes if you’re lucky then they are all green and not very bright. I will rethink my next dive watch purchase.
I have owned this model watch for over 20 years and completed 2000+ dives. It is worn every day and has been serviced about 3 times. I have NEVER had a problem with it. Several straps have come and gone and the black paint on the crown has fallen off but - surprisingly - there are very few scratches on the crystal! No idea why as I don't really look after it. All in all this is an EXCELLENT watch and - should I have to - I would buy it again.

I love the look of this watch as well as the depth gauge. Very cool. However, I just realized that it has a mineral crystal. I can get a sapphire crystal on a dive watch that cost 1/3 this price. Very disappointed. And be careful, the "never needs a battery" is misleading. This is my third Citizen diver watch. After year 7 on the first I purchased, I sent it in for servicing and was warned by the customer service representative that the internal battery would need to be replaced soon.
This watch looks and feels great on my wrist. Highly recommend this watch to any outdoorsman.
I love this watch, I am a scuba instructor and it's not only a back-up to my dive computer but also a training tool for new diver, using time and depth for dive tables and dive planning. It's beautifully designed and the eco-drive is amazing. Worth every penny.
