Poor quality band. One of the band pin broke in less than 3 years, the broken pin is one of those that is not replaceable so a complete band is needed. Guess what? There is no replacement band on the market. How there are no parts even for a watch that is still in warranty.
Was disappointed in the condition of my new purchase of an Aqualand direct from Citizen. The watch received had the incorrect band sizing. The depth indicators were not set correctly and required hours of rectification.
Had mine three years before I lost it. I sooooo want another but you guys are sold out?!?!?!? I really hope you’re still making these and I can get another. Best watch I’ve owned by far
