4-year Review.

I bought this a few years ago as a mountaineering watch that matched the color of my favorite softshell jacket and pants. Ive been wearing it nearly every day since 2019. Since then I have also started using the altimeter while paragliding. The compass is a bit finicky and is majorly affected by my 18650-powered devices when in close proximity, but that's just another reason to carry a regular compass when its that important. It would be nice if this watch also had a perpetual calendar and if the part of the strap that holds down the excess watchband beyond the clasp was made of something that did not break as easily, but overall it has met my expectations.

Superb! Promaster Altichron

This watch is quite the statement. It is consistent with the other Citizen Watches that I own. Brovo!

Awesome Case Features, Band Sized too Small

Just received the olive green version and it is indeed a very awesome watch. The layout of the face isn't too busy yet there is still a lot of functionality and the construction of the watch looks and feels great. However the downside - and reason I must return it - is that the watch's band is thick due to the dressing of the canvas and the band length at ~8.5" makes it very small for a men's watch and with it buckled at the last position I don't feel comfortable wearing it without risking it falling off. Disappointed as this is a really cool watch...
