One of my favorite go-to watches for everyday use.
I've bought Two of them over recent years, in black. That's how much I've liked it.
Very functional and aesthetic design. Very easy to see what the actial time is! even at at a slight glance. It gets compliments and makes a impression, though I didn't buy it for that.
I'd strongly suggest Citizen keeping this core design aesthetic and evolving pushing it forward, instead of discontinuing the line eventually. And get more technically and aestheticlly creative with the band/strap options.
Takes daily wear very well, and can definitely handle wear during recreational/sports activity. But the band can indeed wear out along the buckle-holes area, and if you drop the watch and it lands square on the face of the crystal? It can fracture. Happened in my kitchen... not Kilimanjaro ;-)
The outer bezel is free-rotating, which is bad. IT SHOULD HAVE CLICKS! It moves too easily if anything brushes against the watch, so when orienteering it WILL move after setting your bearing.
The eco-drive system is truly excellent.
