I have always respected Dive watches and all I can say that this watch has become one of my favorites. What I like about this watch is that it is very solid built. This watch is big but don’t be fooled by its size- it’s not heavy. Its sits comfortably on the wrist. Citizen states that the watch is made from "Super Titanium". It’s definitely light weight!! Talk about durability- I have worn this watch in rain, under water, accidentally knocked on desks, doors, walls, etc..... but I haven’t seen any scratches yet. I like the following features that Citizen has added under the hood of this “Potent” diver watch: ECO-Drive (instead of previous automatic Citizen Diver Promaster ‘AutoZilla’ 1000m version); Screw down crown on the right side 5'o clock; Power reserve indicator which looks fancy :) The circular saw shaped Bezel can be engaged to lock to prevent rotation and inclusion of these six over-sized bezel extensions (like a circular saw) give a better grip. The numbers on the bezel are cool looking due to different size fonts. Underwater Lume is luminous & bright. This watch is very durable and certainly impresses that it can suffer 1000 m of water pressure seriuosly (1000m saturation diving watch). This watch comes in a hard case with strap extension for wet suits. One more thought: The template of this 1000M DIVER (Model: BN7020) reminds me of the Citizen's 300m diver watch (PROMASTER DIVER MODEL: BN0175)- very similar looking (but the size, water resistance and the built is very much different). I thought it might be too big for daily use but it’s not. It’s really light weight and comfortable.

I'm a scuba instructor and have worn this watch on just over 125 dives. This weekend I taught a Deep Diver class and had a lot of heavy gear on, including thick gloves. I was able to move the lock and set the bezel with the 5mm gloves at depth without issue. I have other mechanical dive watches, but I never have to worry about this one quitting on me underwater. I can clearly see how much power it has before I go in. It's part of my kit on every dive. Thanks, Citizen, for making a professional watch for professional divers!

the most durable scuba watch who i seen and i have. i m very proud of it.
I got the watch about two weeks ago and I can't stop wearing it. It is huge but my wrist is large and it feels good. The bezel lock works so smoothly it is amazing and the Power Reserve is very nice to have. Time keeping is perfect and the lume is very good. All in all a very impressive timepiece. Citizen is the best at Eco Drive / solar powered watches hands down.

i'm a diver watch nut and ever since seeing this a year ago it's been my grail. never mind it is so huge that out of the water it's not very convenient. we all get things we love so much we make allowances just to have them. this is such an item. this is the 4th Citizen diver i own, so i do love their design/build/QC (unlike another brand we won't mention). What this shares with my $1100 Citizen satellite diver is some mechanism Citizen puts in their higher price solar/quartz pieces that the seconds hand hits markers right on the dot without ANY drift. i've 2 $400 priced Citizen solar/quartz divers and they do drift a bit at times for a few markers at most, but not this one. it's amazing to see. it's a marvel of technical beauty for those who love big analog divers, nothing like it anywhere. QC is remarkable. even have grown to love the bezel lock, which i don't need or use but is fun to click nevertheless. if you dare to strap a huge beautiful diver to your wrist, this is the one, with the benefit that it's hardened titanium case is so light it's competitive to normal size divers.

I own an “ecozilla” I use regularly for diving and wanted to upgrade. This did not disappoint. It is the ultimate dive watch that is actually practical. I own other high end dive watches / brands. They are great for show at at fancy dinners, but this is my new go to for a real diving tool!
Just got the watch and am really happy with it. Citizen made a great time piece here. I do not dive anymore but that does not matter. The watch look good wherever you wear it.
I am one of those watch fanatics with a preference for BIG diver retro style models. I stumbled on a YouTube video of the Promaster and I fell in love with it. It is a massive watch and after ordering it I became concerned it would be too big for my thinner wrist. It turned out absolutely fantastic. It is big yet not disproportionate. It is comfortable and stylish to be worn on all occasions which is what I have done since delivery. I could not be happier.
