I own several Citizen watches and as always the products are as advertised. This watch is no exception. A great dress watch.
My Citizen 6355, after 20 years of service, is now retired and still working! This new watch, Citizen 8729, has some pretty big shoes to fill. I am very sure that this one will give me many years of trouble-free operability.
Citizen is excellent company, eco drive is the best product of Citizen and quality better multiple times that Swiss watches.
Got this watch for Christmas in 2016. Wear it about 3-5 times a week. Very comfortable and looks great. Fits nice. Downside is that the face seems to scratch way too easy.
I brought this watch for my graduation son during the holidays when there was a 40% discount. Looks and feels good which is typical Citizen quality.No complains so far. Will recommend it .
This watch with its rose gold case and hour markers, is elegant enough to be worn for formal occasions but is also masculine (due to its large but not oversized case size), and robust enough to be worn everyday to the office. The subdials give it the look of a chronograph, without the clutter of extra pushers which would detract from the elegance and formal nature of the watch. I have great confidence in Citizen's coating technology, and with resesrch have found people have never had a problem with the rose gold tone wearing off, or becoming discolored.. So it's as good as a solid rose gold case. Them of course you have the eco-drive. A very advanced movement powered by light, that will not need any type of serivicing for about 20 years. (wont need the hassle of a battery change inherent in quartz watches either!) If you like the look, I would say do not hesitate in purchasing, you wont be disappointed.

The watch was as expected. A good quality product. Nice leather band. Attractive looking watch face! It was a great upgrade from my previous Citizen watch. My last Citizen watch lasted over 10 years.
Great material, sleek, & elegant. Matches with all of my outfits too.
This is my second Citizen Eco-Drive watch with the other being a chronograph. I wanted something that was dressy for sales calls and this one is perfect. The design is great with the black face and exudes elegance. I love the day, date dials as well. All together, this is a great watch and has hit the mark on all my needs.
