The watch came in a well protected package and was un-damaged. The watch itself was comfortable, stunning to look at, easy to set, and extremely fun to wear. I love the grey band. Bands are usually either brown or black unless its a sport watch then any color is possible. The watch looks very elegant with the grey band and the white face and silver housing. This is my first leather band with the clasp. I like it. The watch is easy to set. I thought I might have a difficult time seeing the hands but that is not the case. The hands are also illuminated so they are easy to see in the dark. The only negative thing I will say is that the numbers and letters in the three circles in the face of the watch (Day, Date and 24 HR Clock) are pretty small and not easy to see. Somehow you have to make those bigger.
Perfect for when I need to remember what day I’m on. I tend to forget. I use it for my night shift job and have found it to be pretty handy. 10/10 I would recommend or buy this for a friend. The “less is more” statement piece I love using every day.
Very nice looking watch and I thought I wouldn't like this leather band with its folding clasp but I find I really do like it and I find it comfortable. I did find it a bit hard to read the time depending on the lighting. Would have been better if the hands were trimmed with black to make the hands stand out more like the second hand does. Otherwise I am very happy with this watch.

I really love this watch. Personally, I have no need for the three sub-dials - I will never bother reading them - but all the glistening silver, including the case, bezel, hands, hour markers, and yes, those sub-dials, along with the beautiful textured white dial, make this watch sparkle. The Eco-Drive and sapphire crystal are icing on the cake. My only minor reservation is that the white & silver hands don't shout out the time against the white background, so under some lighting situations it takes a little effort to tell the time, but for me a watch is first and foremost a piece of jewelry, and secondarily a timepiece, and this is a beautiful, sparkly but masculine piece of jewelry, so I'm good with the trade-off. Good job, Citizen!
