Needs improvemwnts

I love Citizens watches, i have been collecting them for 20 years, this is anice piece; however needs to get improvements with the bluetooth function, the device and app arw not supporting all email providers like outlook, Business skype is not able to sync with the watch. Regardless, still loving the brand and the watches, they have very USA technical support, very knoledge and polite.

Avoid it

Bought this watch on a cruise less than a year ago, and it’s been returned twice for “repairs”. It will not stay connected to my iPhone....particularly since Apple updated to iOS 11. Now told to uninstall and reinstall all apps & software, then restart my iPhone EVERY TIME the Bluetooth connection (for which I bought the watch) is lost. Which occurs every time I get too far away from my phone...and frequently other times. NOT a wise purchase....and now Citizen has no real answers, since it seems to connect fine when THEY have the watch.

Love my watch

Bought it on a Royal Caribbean Cruise. Once I learned how to use the Bluetooth feature it was awesome . Love the features, design and weight. It by no means feels or looks like a cheap watch..

Proximity Review

I bought a Proximity several months ago and traded it in for a limited edition Proximity. Features and functionality much better.
