Avoid it

Bought this watch on a cruise less than a year ago, and it’s been returned twice for “repairs”. It will not stay connected to my iPhone....particularly since Apple updated to iOS 11. Now told to uninstall and reinstall all apps & software, then restart my iPhone EVERY TIME the Bluetooth connection (for which I bought the watch) is lost. Which occurs every time I get too far away from my phone...and frequently other times. NOT a wise purchase....and now Citizen has no real answers, since it seems to connect fine when THEY have the watch.
