save your $$$$$$$$

This watch was a gift from my daughter so it has "meaning" other than that it is completly non FUNCTIONAL, it has soo much dark in it that renders it useless night or day....i actually HATE this watch.....guess i should carry a magnifieng glass...

classic

I bought it 3 years ago. love everything about this watch!!!! everything still works like day one. I work outdoors and active outdoor life, its the first watch to hold up to my lifestyle. The dial easy to read day/night. Illuminate works all the time in the night.

Very dark.

I had ordered this warch online through Kohls and did an in store pick up and was very excited to see it in person. When I got there I opened it first before leaving the store to check it out and was glad I did because I was super bummed. Everthing about it was awesome except for how dark it was. I loved the color of the picture and thought it would have slight hints of blue in it and the hands would have shades of silver for a sleek look but it turned out to look black on black on black which makes it very hard to read. I returned it and left with no watch. The only reason im giving it 2 stars is because of the quality. Loved the weight and size of the face but just couldnt get over color.

Fantastic buy for the price

This watch is the top of the line for an average joe with a little extra money. It’s a great everyday wear and it’s blacked out look draws a lot of attention. 5/5

Great looking watch, I can't read the dial

I ordered this watch online. Had I tried it in the store I would not have purchased it. Looks great, but I can only read the dial under ideal light conditions. I'm returning it.

In even moderate indoor light, watch is too dark to read. It's a totally useless product.

Great watch!!!

I bought this watch after reading reviews and talking to a friend who is big into watches because I've wanted to buy a good watch for a while now and I'm glad I did. The style of the watch is perfect, the overall feel of the watch is amazing and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Having said that, at nighttime you WILL NOT be able to read this watch, so don't even try but come on, everyone has smart phones now. I bought this watch for daytime time reading so I don't have to pull my phone out every time I need to know the time. I would recommend this watch to everyone. Very pleased customer. Thanks citizen!!!

Useless Watch

I cannot read the dial. Sharp styling and great features, but day-to-day, I cannot read the dial! Some photos of this model lead you to believe it would quite beautiful and useful, but what good is a watch when it can't be read in all but rare ideal conditions? Hard to believe such a great Company could design such a boat anchor.

Very stout well built time piece

My father owned citizens all my life and he was a commercial diver and chief engineer on freighters and bulk carriers. I finally bought my first one and i am very happy with it. The only thing about it is the illumination of the hands and face never worked. I purchased it brand new so i figure possibly because it was in a case under fluorescents. Other than that i am very pleased. It's been to a depth of 145ft and has suffered through commercial fishing for 2 years and it still Is going strong.
