Poor customer service, nice watch.

It's a nice watch. However there is a "crown" on the watch case (10 oclock position) which has an unknown function. no one at Citizen Customer Service knows what it does. Nor is it documented in any user guide I can find. It does not give me a warm feeling that Citizen ustomer service people know what they're talking about. The watch is a gift for my grandson.

Somewhat disappointed

I have been wearing Citizen for about 20 years. Except for a brief Tag Heuer, which is really over priced, I'm back to Citizen. The quality and the price is fare. On this watch I cannot see the date, its small and really deep in the watch face. I bought it directly from Citizen, (Internet), I wish they would include an extra link.

Very Nice watch

Very nice looking watch and made well. I would've given it 5 stars, but I hate that the seconds hand doesn't moves and is used for the chronograph feature. I feel that feature should've been used on the smaller dials.
