Great Watch!!

I bought this a year ago and it still looks AMAZING!! Stylish and I still get complements for how nice it looks!

Poor customer service, nice watch.

It's a nice watch. However there is a "crown" on the watch case (10 oclock position) which has an unknown function. no one at Citizen Customer Service knows what it does. Nor is it documented in any user guide I can find. It does not give me a warm feeling that Citizen ustomer service people know what they're talking about. The watch is a gift for my grandson.
