I’ll begin with the positive: the watch is beautiful, and I’ve gotten several compliments on it in just a few days’ worth of use. The material grade and craftsmanship both rank high. I felt the purchase price was fair and the shipping was quicker than expected. My one complaint that brings my review to three stars from what would be five is the fatal design flaw: the buckle is sharp, and truly digs into my wrist. If I loosen the belt by one notch to prevent the sharp buckle from rubbing my wrist, then the watch is far too loose - so I know this is not the issue. I’ve never dealt with this on another watch and it’s very disappointing. I’ve been wearing a bandaid in hopes that the band breaking in creates more separation from the sharp buckle and my wrist.

Beautiful watch bought as a gift for my dad. He has average wrists and has never had an issue with fit. While the band did technically fit, there wasn't enough band to make it feel secure. I contacted customer service and learned there were no alternatives, not even a purchase of a different band to match the watch. He chose to return it even though he loved it, such a shame.
Watch face looked better on line than in person, strap nice but small for my 8.20" wrist and no options to buyer larger size. I thought returning but didn't want the trouble.
I bought this watch in May of 2018 and everything is good on this watch except the accuracy. Citizen rates this quartz watch at +/-15 sec/month. It has always lost time, but lately it seemed to be losing more time. Checking accuracy with the Tool Watch app twice, it measured -1.3 sec/day and -1.9 sec/day, well outside of Citizen's parameters listed for this watch. I should not have to measure accuracy with a quartz watch.
No instructions came with watch and "date" is virtually impossible to read.
I love the watch and the look, however the great looking band is too short for a normal sized man's wrist. Called Citizen, they have no larger band for this!?
