Love the watch, Excellent Quality, Great Appearance. The staff at Citizen were very helpful I ordered on Fri. after business hours and received my watch on that Wed. just before I went on vacation. Thanks to the staff at Citizen. Would Highly Recommend.

My late wife praised her Citizen watch for years, that was my first referral to your product line. I like the styling and accuracy since some of my other watches had to be adjusted. I do have a question though. I want to adjust my wrist band a tad smaller, how can I do this? I really like your products!
