Came with a broken link and slow customer service

Watch came with a broken link and I have not been able to wear it for several weeks. It took a few weeks to get a missing pin but when I took it to a jeweler, they told me it looks like a link is missing as well so now I am waiting for customer service to get back to me, but each email takes a few days to get a response. It's been nearly a month since I ordered this watch and I still have not been able to wear it.
