Received without the box

I received the watch in a plastic bag. With no wrapping to protect it. No box and, no manual. I sent it back and, bought it from Walmart at a better price, with the original box and warranty included. My husband loves it! It was an anniversary gift. I won't be buying directly from citizen again.

Watch Band Changed Color

My wife bought me this watch to be added to my collection since my other Citizen watch needed to be fixed during COVID. I've had the watch for maybe two months and the band is already changing to stainless.I had really high hopes for this and it's not the quality I expect from a Citizen watch. If the hands on the watch illuminated at night, it would make it easier to see as well.

It is extremely unusual for the stainless steel bracelet’s color to change since it has been specially treated and ion-plated to maintain the black finish even in harsh conditions. Not Accurate

I was given this watch as a gift to replace a Buliva (sp?) from a respectable jewelry store. I am very disappointed in the date feature. Every month it will advance 1 or 2 days on it's own which becomes a pain to get back to proper date. Also it would have been helpful if I had read reviews before buying about the hands not being able to read in the dark.
