Doesn’t keep time

Followed the instructions to set it. The watch is not keeping time. I called Citizen customer support and they were not helpful or even polite. My options are to send a brand new watch to the repair department (not) or to return it, wait for my refund, and then re-order. What a pain.

Can't tell time it dark or dim conditions numbers

Its a nice looking watch but I dont understand why the numbers are lit at night but the hands aren't you can tell time when it's dark
