Absolutely great fit and finish, a very well put together time peace. I’ve started a collection!!

Doesn’t keep time

Followed the instructions to set it. The watch is not keeping time. I called Citizen customer support and they were not helpful or even polite. My options are to send a brand new watch to the repair department (not) or to return it, wait for my refund, and then re-order. What a pain.
