Second Time's a Charm...

I bought this one for my daughter's recent BDay direct from Citizen. When it arrived, it wasn't functional and I immdeiately sent it back. Two weeks later we received a replacement and it's working well. Solid customer servie by a brand I know and trust. This is not the watch I would have chosen, but she loves it and that's terrific!
