Beautiful Watch with Great Personality

I like black watches (and silver ones). This is a beautiful black watch with mostly white markings, so it is easy to read. I am not sure why some reviewers complained that it's difficult to read in the dark. It's not meant to be read in total darkness (it has no built-in light), but with the aid of low illumination, it can be read easily (because of the white markings). It is packed with wonderful features, including an alarm (a rare feature these days). It has world time (it automatically adjusts its hands when you select your time zone, including DST), and it's radio-controlled (it will capture the wave of an atomic clock when placed in an appropriate place and time). It shows the date and day of the week and AM/PM, and a few more things. I love it. Highly recommended. Citizen is a great company on most (but not all) counts. I want to register one problem, and I hope this comment will encourage Citizen to correct the problem. The customer service of Citizen is not even. Most of the time, one can receive a very prompt and helpful customer service, but not always. Occasionally, one can get surprisingly lacking service (and a bit insulting). Usually, after an episode of CS, Citizen sends a follow-up to see how satisfied the customer is with the service received. On one occasion, I conveyed a very bad episode. To date, I have received no comment from Citizen about that (horrible) experience. I wish that Citizen would work harder to improve that department, so its customer service would finally match the high quality and excellence of its watches.

My first PCAT

Very satisfied with the PCAT. Looks great, wears great. Had issue with the requested sizing, and customer service was helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, very happy with this PCAT and the Citizen's brand.

Excellent Quality - Excellent Product

As expected, this product has very high quality, and is an excellent product. I love the perpetual calendar. Sleek and hefty, as it should be. I have no doubt it'll last another 10+ years, as my last Citizen watch did.

Bad looming, small hands

I'm using this watch for a year - very reliable and accurate. The main problem is that the main hands are too small and upper left assisting hand is too big so you need to concentrate in order to findout what's the time, furthermore at night ot in early morning unless it is completley dark you can't know what the time is - the loom is not strong enough and you can't differentiate between the 4 hands. Any use of the special features is complecated and you have to follow the manual each time.

I Love This Watch

I love this watch! It has just the right number of dials and features that make it look great (even though I may not use many of them). Sometimes it has trouble connecting to the mother ship to update its atomic clock settings, but I just move it to another spot, and it works. I also love the fact that it's solar powered.

Purchased as a Gift

I purchased this watch as a gift. With today's technology, where many people where "smart watches" it has destroyed the atmosphere where a dress watch is more appropriate. I've own many brands of watch--including an Omega Moonwatch--and nothing compares to these Citizen Radio-controlled, Atomic watches in terms of beauty, function, and tolerance to day-to-day hits/bumps. I love my Citizen and buy these every year as gifts for those hard-to-shop-for people.

Can't see in dark

Bought this watch for myself. Love it think it is an attractive watch.....but, cannot read in dark conditions. Other than that, I have absolutely no concerns with this model. Next time I'll make sure the hands are luminated.

Very nice watch

Setting was easy. I will enjoy many years of use without ever worrying about setting or changing the time.
