Bought this watch for myself. Love it think it is an attractive watch.....but, cannot read in dark conditions. Other than that, I have absolutely no concerns with this model. Next time I'll make sure the hands are luminated.
Setting was easy. I will enjoy many years of use without ever worrying about setting or changing the time.

I recently purchased this PCAT watch, I absolutely love its features, but absolutely hate the Black Hands on the Black Face. I simply cannot see them in less than full daylight. I wrote to Citizen Customer Care shortly after purchasing to inquire about different hands that might offer some contrast and was told that these hands were the only ones available. On today's advertisement, I see there is a model with a blue face and what appear to be grey hands... Those appear to me that they would fit and provide a bit more contrast... I am very disappointed in Citizen customer service... It was easy for them to tell me "no" without apparently looking at options... Quite disappointed that Citizen Customer Care seemed to care less about my issue of not being able see the hands and could not consider an available solution...

I thought and thought about what watch to order. And for the money and quality, this watch kept standing out to me. Soon as I bit the bullet and bought the watch, I absolutely have no regrets. This is a great, quality sturdy piece I'd recommend to anyone
Just got the watch so I cannot speak as to durability. The instructions to set the watch were somewhat difficult but the team at Zales did it. Beautiful watch. Just as advertised.
I wish it had a light ro see at night.
Absolutely love the design of this PCAT, the blue accents and dark band are an excellent combination and a great add to the growing Citizen collection.
This is my 6th Citizen watch and it’s my favorite. I love the ease of setting it up and how it looks on my wrist. I’ve had lots of comments from people all loving the color and face of the watch. Shipping was super easy and all around a great experience. Great product Citizen.
