I bought this watch at the Hudson’s Bay Company about 8 days ago, and the clock face is now winding back and forth, and refusing to tell proper time. The second hand is stuck at 0 seconds and now the minute and hour hands do not work. It says in the product manual that a fully charged eco-drive watch should last 6 months or longer when charged under sunlight for half a day. I was wondering if anyone else had noticed this. I would love to hear from Citizen directly about this issue and receive a refund.
This is a beautiful time-keeping device. I love the wrist strap - it is a wonderful meld of crocodile leather and metal. The clockface is timeless in design, with hints of green, and it is very comfortable on my wrist. What an amazing purchase. Thank you Citizen!!!

I bought this watch as a gift and it was fantastic! The face of the watch is beautiful but the strap is terrible. It's very uncomfortable and pinches the skin. If the strap was just a simple leather one it would be perfect!

Very stylish and excellent quality love the look and feel of the watch, easy to set up , lots to remember on how to get to all the features. The minute and hour hands don’t seem to light up very bright at night, this could be because it hasn’t seen much sunshine lots of grey skies this time of year for me. Overall excellent product
It was a gift for my partner, and he loved it. The design is perfect for everyday wear and for more formal occasion. I had a couple of doubts when buying it. I though that it was a little too pricy but, when we receive the actual product, I was smiling. My partner had a larger smile. It's beautiful, a real pearl. Easy to set up with YouTube videos, it only took like ten minutes to be sure that it was working correctly. I really approved this product.
