I bought this watch on a cruise ship less than 1 week ago for $600 USD. Already after 5 days of light use, it has three scratches in the raised mineral crystal. I was told it was sapphire by the sales rep and without an internet connection I couldn't do my own research. My mistake. I'd normally never spend that kind of money on a watch with a scratch prone crystal. The satellite feature is very cool and works great but If I can't see the hands than what's the point? Also the hands can't be easily seen at night, much worse than my older E650.
Citizen should tel people that the phone needs to be charged before they can use and enjoy the expensive watch. Even though Citizen has gone green, there should have been a guide of some instruction on how to set the time or how to charge the watch.
Bought this watch for my husband's 40th birthday just in time to go to Mexico. He was excited to have a watch that he can use for travels and can adjust the time with the lush of a button. The GPS feature did not work! Both him and I tried over and over following the steps to have the watch reset to the different time zone. It would not work. Returned the watch.
Unable to read the time due to coloration of dial face and hands. Item was returned
