Bought this watch for my husband's 40th birthday just in time to go to Mexico. He was excited to have a watch that he can use for travels and can adjust the time with the lush of a button. The GPS feature did not work! Both him and I tried over and over following the steps to have the watch reset to the different time zone. It would not work. Returned the watch.
Unable to read the time due to coloration of dial face and hands. Item was returned
Disappointing and cheap feeling. Also from my understanding you have to manually switch it for day lights savings…
It will not change time in the north west of England I’ve tried a hundred times +you can not see the time after dark I have at least 10 citizen watches love em all but this I hate it and I just want to get rid

Used to have Citizen Echo Drive PCAT for 5 years with very bright glow at night up until last month that I lost it. searched citizen echo drives again and purchased Satellite Wave Freedom (blue) expecting to be as good as previous one or even better ( as far as night glow). Received my new watch and I am not happy and disappointed with NON -glow of my watch. Would like to return or exchange with similar category with better night glowing watch Please let me have your return policy or return label.

Received this watch as a Christmas gift. The function and style are great. But but 7 weeks later the bracelet is wearing poorly. The black finish is wearing off and it’s now silver. I don’t wear it everyday only wearing in the office or when going out. Quality of the finishes is disappointing.
I bought this watch on a cruise ship less than 1 week ago for $600 USD. Already after 5 days of light use, it has three scratches in the raised mineral crystal. I was told it was sapphire by the sales rep and without an internet connection I couldn't do my own research. My mistake. I'd normally never spend that kind of money on a watch with a scratch prone crystal. The satellite feature is very cool and works great but If I can't see the hands than what's the point? Also the hands can't be easily seen at night, much worse than my older E650.
Citizen should tel people that the phone needs to be charged before they can use and enjoy the expensive watch. Even though Citizen has gone green, there should have been a guide of some instruction on how to set the time or how to charge the watch.
Only one drawback. Difficult to see the hands as blue does not contrast much with black face.
I debated between a satellite/GPS watch VS a atomic watch and eventually went with the GPS because I can get satellite updates virtually anywhere. The bonus was the Solar charging. I must confess that I have many watches in the drawer mainly because I haven’t gotten around to changing the batteries yet. An atomic watch works well if your range requirement is limited to the US Central Europe or Japan. So far I am happy with its performance over the past month of travel. I wish it came in stainless steal or gold colors with a leather wrist strap option. It would make it more classic. The black has grown on me but I would definitely purchase another if silver or grey.
