Suggestions

Enjoy watch, three suggestions, why not Jerusalem, instructions a bit confusing especially the two ways to set the watch using the Atomic clock, and finally, why not have a revolving bezel your location at the 12 position, finally the reflecting marks around the perimeter could light up at night.

Disappointing.

Very disappointing. This watch does not show time in the evening/night time. There is no way to turn on back light or even watch hands don't show up properly.

Cannot see the time in the dark!

I purchased this watch (Satellite Wave GPS Freedom Model (F150) in Red on the last day of my Caribbean vacation in June 2021. packed it away for the trip home and when i got home, proceeded to set the watch. Had to watch a 20 minute YouTube video to figure it out. Very complex! The biggest disappointment was that YOU CANNOT SEE THE WATCH IN THE DARK! Even in low light conditions, the hands/dial do not illuminate strongly enough to see the time. I have tried to "activate" the luminous hands with direct sunlight, a flashlight, ambient household light, etc., and it still is illegible. I called Citizen and was on hold for 45 minutes and ended up hanging up. I tried the customer support chat it they were not helpful. Basically said there is nothing they can do. They do not accept "returns" and I can't return it to the store I bought it at because they are out of the country! Looks like I am stuck with a VERY EXPENSIVE WATCH THAT I CAN'T USE IN THE DARK! Suggestion: Don't buy a watch like this without checking it out in the dark first.
