Titanium Promaster Navihawk GPS is a winner!!
I bought the stainless steel version of this watch about a year ago and loved it. That watch replaced an older Skyhawk (Atomic) which I bought years ago before satellite wave watches were available. Recently, while wearing the stainless version of the watch and browsing a watch counter at my local shopping mall, I noticed that the patron standing next to me was wearing this titanium-DLC version of the same watch. We compared the two watches and the black version immediately won the impromptu beauty contest. I also noticed that the outer slide rule ring was higher contrast and much easier to read on the black watch. The overall look of the black watch and bracelet was stunning. I went ahead and ordered it. After looking at it at home for a few days and comparing it with the heavier steel version, I remain highly pleased with this new watch and I sold the stainless one. This one is a beauty. After wearing it daily for almost a month, I'm pleased to note that there is absolutely ZERO scuffing on the clasp or bracelet. The watch looks today as if it just came out of the box. The DLC coating is all that it's touted to be. The titanium version is also much lighter and easier on wrist. The stainless version weighs in at 197.5 grams (6.97 oz) while the titanium version is only 126 grams (4.43oz). A noticeable difference!
