Only 7 months old and already needs repaired!

I received this watch as a Christmas present. It is a beautiful watch with a lot of function. Within 5 months of owning it, the second hand stops moving and it randomly fast forwards several hours the rewinds several hours before returning to the correct time. I took it back to the store and they would not refund my purchase since it was more than 30 days old. I contacted the Citizen warranty and they want me to pay to fedex it back and insure for the purchase amount.

Styleish and functional

Very glad to have gotten this watch. It looks great and is very easy to operate considering how many features it has. Was also pleased to find out it had a sapphire crystal because I'm rather abusive with my every day watches. Only reason I gave this four stars instead of five is because the luminescence is a bit shoddy and fades away in about 15 minutes. (I was at the beach all day and at sunset we went to a comedy club. By the time I was seated and the lights dimmed I couldn't see the face at all.
