Bad unit

Unfortunately I have to return the watch. As I took to to my local Jared Jewelry store to activate it, I was told the watch was/is unable told to hold the charge. They also were unable to connect to the satellites. Both understandable mechanical malfunctions. A little frustrating is that I am unable to exchange the watch, but rather have to go through the process of getting my purchase refunded, then ordering the watch again. Untimely situation at this time of year.
