Dainty Beautiful Watch

I purchased this watch as a birthday present for my wife. She absolutely loved it. My only criticism is that the watch didn't come with any instructions or even a QR code to take you to the instructions. Nor did I see any online. The adjustment of the strap was less than intuitive so we ended up taking it to a jeweler who graciously showed us how to release the internal latch. Had the watch been supplied with basic instructions, this trip would have been unnecessary. For this reason, I felt compelled to reduce the rating by one star.

Bought the gold version

Watch is 100 dollars cheaper and citizen wont honor price. I processed a return 2 months ago and havent received my refund. Had to call twice and still no answer on when my refund will be processed. I only noticed when checking my bank statements that I had never received my money back. If I didnt check, I would have never noticed and CITIZEN never sent any communucations or updates? Are you trying to scam people?
