I love my Sport Casual watch!

This is my 3rd Citizen Eco-Drive watch, which I bought for myself for my birthday. It's beautiful. The mother-of-pearl face is striking. I like having the 3 watches to choose from, as they're quite different. The Eco-Drive is a very cool feature. I won't even consider anything else.

I Love It!

I got it as a retirement gift from my company. I was quite impressed as how beautiful the watch is. I really like that the dial is large but not oversized. It fits perfectly to my small wrist. I especially like the timeless design of the watch. It will be classical for decades to come.

Crystals fall out

The watch is beautiful and works great, HOWEVER the crystals are falling out. I have lost 3 so far. 4 if you count the one I paid $30 to the jeweler to replace. Called Citizen only to be told I had to ship the watch at my expense to California. And it would take 3-4 months to receive back. Not acceptable.

Stone fell out after wearing for 4 days. Poor qual

I got this for my birthday last year(November). I wore it 2 weeks on the weekends only and noticed a stone had fallen out. Since then I’ve lost 2 more. My beautiful watch now looks tacky and unwearable. I contacted the company and they said I could send it to them at my expense and they weren’t sure if the warranty would cover it, so the warranty isn’t really worth anything. If 3 stones fall out within a year with very little wear it’s definitely a flaw in manufacturing. I have a plain Jane eco drive that I have had for 15 years that I wear every day to work. I will never buy another Citizen watch.

So happy that I bought this watch. Not only am I happy about the face that it never needs a battery, I am very pleased with the way it looks on the wrist. Very light. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice classic watch with a little extra bling!
