Item not received

You have emailed me 6 times asking for a review of the item and I have not received it as there have been multiple delays. Instead of asking me to leave a review look into why my item has not been delivered yet and find a solution please. This is supposed to be a Christmas present for spouse yet it’s taken 2 weeks and still has not been delivered.

NOT AS EXPECTED

The watch band was too for my liking so I returned it and bought 2 other watches (L Mae and Axiom) from Macy's, which I absolutely love.

Beautiful, but......

I bought this watch one year ago. It is a beautiful watch and looks stunning on my arm. The downside, It is hard to get on and off because the clasp doesn't lie flat. The face is so heavy that the watch turns on my arm and the face is always on the inside of my wrist. Even though it's constantly being recharged by the sun, it quit keeping accurate time after 11 months. It loses one hour every 12 hours. For the money spent, it sure should have kept working longer than 11 months. Unfortunately, I didn't buy additional insurance for it. Considering all things, I give it one star.

This watch looks so great in person. Very dainty and elegant. My wife loves it and with the solar charging, it will run for a very long time.....like clockwork haha. I highly recommend this watch to those guys looking for a gift that is beautiful and that won't have you skipping meals to pay for it. In short; it's beautiful and a bargain.

This is my second Eco Watch. The fact that I can swim and bathe in it is wonderful as it has become part of me. It is beautiful and so perfectly made that it never loses time or gives me any problem at all. I have the silver toned one, but I am thinking of getting another in gold so I can keep my jewelry all silver or all gold as we used to do a lifetime ago. I feel all silver or all gold looks serene although gold/sliver mixing is fine if you like it. I like the clean look of all gold or all silver. My sporty looking Eco Watch is still going perfectly more than 15 years later. It is fine for mixing it up, but when I want to look dressed up, this watch is the bomb.
