Too Small, Too ...Mature?

I was really excited about finally getting myself a stainless steel, butterfly clasp timepiece, but when I got this one in the mail I was so, so disappointed. The watch was so much smaller than I understood from the measurements online and it just felt really... Old, and that it dated me. Also, the clock face itself is also just really flat, and plain. My partner agreed and thought it was pretty boring. I love Citizen and I love their Eco-Drive technology, and though I have no doubts this is a fine watch, it's just simply not to my taste. I returned this watch the very next day. Their customer service was also incredible. Thank you for such a timely reply!

Why is the band smaller?

This watch, like so many of Citizen's, is beautiful and a wear-every-day classic. What I dislike about it is that its bracelet is smaller than the norm. I have 4 other Citizen watches, for which I requested no bracelet size adjustment at purchase. All of them wear/fit the same and, when compared, are the same circumference. While there is absolutely nothing in the description to explain or forewarn of a smaller bracelet, this watch has one. The difference is visible when compared with my other watches. Consequently, while it fits, it's just not as comfortable and - for me - could use another link or two. It would be nice if bracelet circumference could be specified in every item's description but, especially, if there is an arbitrary decision to make it smaller.

I received this beautiful watch quickly. I am satisfied with my purchase. The fit is great and I love the clasp, easy peasy. Classic design that compliments my accessories.

Classic watch with understated elegance

I haven't bought a new watch in years. But I recently started looking for a watch that can be worn for any occasion...casual or dressy. Fortunately, I found Citizen's Coin Edge watch. It's prettier than pictured and I've already gotten compliments. I love that it's made in the USA and that the battery charges itself using any light source. One final plus...it's a good value. So what's not to like about this lovely watch!

Smaller than I thought but really looks great on a larger wrist...easy to read...received lots of compliments...do not hesitate to purchase...love the eco drive

Beautiful, classic coin edge style

I love this watch. It’s well-made. I love the style. Citizen company should make more style of watches like this one but for men. Also make this same style in square shape with blue cabochon crown.

Beautiful watch

The watch is very well made. I like the SS band design using polished and satin finish. It looks mature and elegant on my wrist. The color of the watch face is actually in a reflective light silver shade instead of white, which I later went back to the website and saw it is indeed silver with enlarged image. I also discover the watch went on a discount after I bought it.

Perfect gift for wife

This watch was perfect for my wife. It was super clean and classic (no cap) - if you're looking for a simple but exquisite watch (for work, outings, etc.) this is a good candidate

Perfect!

As I have come to expect from Citizens, the watch of light but strong. Lovely to wear. The size is perfect. I really like the Roman numerals and the eco drive is the best. It keeps perfect time. Thank you for another beautiful watch.
