Luv Watch but…

What to watch very disappointing I was unable to register the watch. All the numbers on the back of the watch are completely different and arranged in a different logic then the information shows on my paperwork or on the website. In result was I was unable to register my watch. Very disappointing. Customer service was nonresponsive.

Watch band is disappointing.

Loved the appearance of the watch. But very disappointed in the quality of the band. After only 2 days the edges of the watch band became discolored. Tried contacting customer service but the were not helpful. After going back through and reading the ratings it appears I am not the only person to experience this issue. Hopefully I will hear back from customer service with an appropriate resolution.

Not As Expected

I purchased this and was SO excited to wear it. It came in a lot more tan/pink mix than a true pink blush color as depicted — But then within minutes of trying on, it picked up color on the edges from anything I came into contact with. So, enjoy only while wearing white and planning to do absolutely nothing. Not practical. Unexpected for Citizen quality.

Watch band discolored

The watch band is discolored after less than a month of normal wear. Not even active athletics or anything.

Misleading color

I bought a watch that was supposed to have a pink band. The band is clearly not pink. Contacted customer service and nothing has been done to rectify the situation. Added a photo of both
