Amazing watch!!

I have a couple of Citizen watches.I love them.I bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves it!!!! Amazing everyday watch!!! If anyone has doubts about buying it or not i suggest 100% to go for it .It’s worth it!!

Lovely watch, but winding button is hard to use

I love the way this watch looks and feels. That said, it is so hard to pull the dial out that I haven't been able to, so I am facing a challenge setting the date. I don't know whether the issue is with this unit or the model in general?

Poor Watch Band

The band gets discolored easily. Looks dull and ugly for just less than a month use. It's also not as light pink as it is on the website. It's more like a dull or pale pink/ mauve color.

Band not as described

Great watch but as other reviewers have said the strap is more tan then pink. Wish there was an option to change the band to actual color ordered.

Nice color watch

Love my watch. Specially the case combination of grays and the pink but the strap is already like dirty. I got my watch for Christmas and I don't use it every day just on weekends. I would like to change the strap for a gray one.

Discolored watchband

Watchband discolored after only a few wears. Similar to other review photos. I’ve tried everything to clean it and nothing helps.

Watch band picks up color

I bought this 2 months ago and it’s gorgeous. Very pretty design with the pink and silver/gray coloring. Watch face is very easy to read. The size and weight of the watch is perfect for me. BUT, like the other reviewers, my watch band has picked up discoloration from wearing my suit jacket with it for a day. Now I’m a bit disappointed and I’m hoping Citizen will have a replacement band at some point, please?!?!?

Watch band is disappointing.

Loved the appearance of the watch. But very disappointed in the quality of the band. After only 2 days the edges of the watch band became discolored. Tried contacting customer service but the were not helpful. After going back through and reading the ratings it appears I am not the only person to experience this issue. Hopefully I will hear back from customer service with an appropriate resolution.
