A tough, beautiful watch purchased for my granddaughter for her graduation. Great styling, awesome color, and sure to be a favorite. I have purchased several Citizen's over the years and they never disappoint.

I really like the look and fit of this watch. The glow function on the face is bright enough to see in a movie theater for example, but not so bright that it’s distracting. As other reviews have stated the band is a more muted color than in the picture and it does get dirty or absorb color transfer. However it does clean up quickly so it’s not a huge deal.

BUT, like the other reviewers, my watch band has picked up discoloration from wearing my suit jacket with it for a day. Now I’m a bit disappointed and I’m hoping Citizen will have a replacement band at some point, please?!?!?

Loved the appearance of the watch. But very disappointed in the quality of the band. After only 2 days the edges of the watch band became discolored. Tried contacting customer service but the were not helpful. After going back through and reading the ratings it appears I am not the only person to experience this issue. Hopefully I will hear back from customer service with an appropriate resolution.

Wow - when I opened the box, I was not expecting the watch to come in a decorative scuba tank case. So cool! I am a very casual, recreational diver so I'm excited to try this out but I really bought it for the smaller profile and the neutral colors. Aside from the presentation, the watch itself is awesome looking and the case size and weight are perfect for my 6.25" wrist. Feels ultra comfortable to wear and it goes with everything - work and casual.
I love the look of this watch! It feels lighter than my tissot seamaster. I will be taking my PADI open water certification and cannot wait to wear this watch during my dives. The experience of buying the watch through the website was flawless and the customer service was top notch. I am very impressed by Juan who took care of all my questions. I love the watch but after 4 months of using it, the band look dirty to the point that I am embarrassed to wear it. What is the point of making the band that you can’t even clean it. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the material.
Got this watch at Christmas for my wife at Christmas. Unfortunately the band has discolored so bad it’s not wearable. Bought a cheap one. After telling my wife that she would need to purchase a new band, I got involved. Very disappointed with the option as the band makes the watch. Citizen is out of stock on the pink band. Not impressed with the handling so far. If the results change, review will reflect that.
