Watch band broke within a week of buying it

Within a week of getting it, a link part fell out, rendering the watch in three pieces. Called customer service; they said: “take it to a watchmaker for repair” I.e. at our own expense. Disappointed, to say the least.

I am very pleased with this pretty watch! It is my 2nd Citizen. I am a big fan of the Eco-Drive feature - never needs a battery! Good value for the price!

Nice watch

Bought this for my wife. I have two eco-drive watches and love them however mine have leather straps. This metal band is impossible to adjust unless you take it to a store. The only negative.
