When my apple watch stopped working because I got it wet, I reached for this time peace and I am enjoying it all over again. The marcasite around the face and the mother of pearl make this watch truly beautiful. The quality and durability is unparalleled.

I have had this beautiful watch for about 6 years now. My boss was a huge stickler for being on time. So when I got hired 6 years ago he was shocked to see I didn't have a watch, just my phone to keep an eye on the time. So he took me to a local jewelry shop and told me to pick out a watch. This was the one I chose. And I haven't regretted my choice for a second! It's beautiful. Looks just as good when I'm at home casual in a hoodie and sweatpants, but also looks great in more dressed up outfits. It goes with everything! It comfortable, lightweight and dependable. Lasted longer than that job did lol I wear it daily and it's about time to replace the crystal on the front, that's really the only wear it's suffered in being used everyday for so many years. It shines and buffs up beautifully everytime I get it Cleaned and polished. You will adore this watch as much as I do. It's so comfortable I have fallen asleep in it many times lol
I love my new Chandler watch. It was purchased as a stop gap until I can find someone who can repair an Accutron I have had for 25 years and repair is no longer supported through Citizen Watch America. I am very pleased with my new Chandler watch, it is water resistant to 100 m so I can leave it on when bathing, swimming, or showering. It is lovely enough to wear on dressy occasions and practical to wear all day. The size is just perfect easy to read without being bulky. It features Eco Drive one to charge it with any light source and has luminous hands so I can see the time quickly in the dark.
My husband got me this for our 1st year anniversary back in Aug 2007..To date, this watch is still going strong after all these years. I love the eco drive collection and simplicity of this watch.
It is very attractive and sporty. However, I was surprised that it was a polished finish and since I am a fan of brushed finished look I am going to have to get used to it. It is a bit too shiny for my liking and worry that it will show scratches down the road. Also, the face is difficulty to read. If the watch is covered under clothes, the hour/minute hands to not glow at night.
It's perfect- plain, but not too plain, with a distinctive mother of pearl face. I love it.
The Chandler is a beautiful watch. It is even more elegant in real life than it appeared to be in the website images. I found it easy to set to the correct time and date. I haven't had a chance to test the water-resistance feature. It arrived in the timeframe promised, and was well-packaged. I have very small wrists so I appreciate the custom fit, which was perfect. I have used the Eco-drive watches for years and expect this one to be as wonderful as the all others that I own.
I love this watch! I love that I don’t have to worry about taking it off to shower or swim. And that it charges on light so I won’t ever have to worry about changing a battery. My last Citizen lasted 25 years!! 25 YEARS!! If that doesn’t say something about the quality of their products, I’m not sure what would. They’re the only watch I’ll buy!
I purchased this particular watch for my daughter as a Christmas gift. I know she will love it. I have owned a citizen watch for many years and wear it everyday, never take it off. I like that it never needs a battery or winding{if they even make them anymore}! I wouldn’t purchase any other brand. Big plus it’s easy to read even for my aging eyes!
I bought this watch to replace an ages old Eco-Drive that still worked perfectly, but it was time for something new. It's gorgeous and the Mother-of-Pearl face adds just a touch of elegance. I also love how flexible the bracelet band is, and the overall design is clean. My only complaint is a very minor one and that is it's very hard to see the calendar day number especially when the date is double digits because it's deeply set and a shadow seems to get cast on it. This is not a deal breaker for me since I don't really use that feature but if the showing the day number is important to you please keep that in mind.
The Chandler womens watch is an excellent, every day timepiece. It's made of highly polished stainless steel and has a smooth, "two-toned" finished bracelet and a easy to use push-button release clasp. The pin-secured links allow for 1/4 inch adjustments of the bracelet size, however a finer clasp adjustment would be a welcome addition. The watch is accurate and it's nice to have a dial actually marked in minutes/seconds on a smaller-sized womens watch. The light-sensitive, mother of pearl face is elegant and eliminates yearly battery replacements. The 2-step crown also makes the monthly date setting adjustment very easy. Bottom Line: Functional, accurate, sleek, reliable.
